Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GBP Doctor's services provided through https://www.gbpsuspended.com.au/ ("Website") operated by Search Scope ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

GBP Doctor services will include (but are not limited to):

  • Google Business Profile suspension analysis and diagnosis
  • Professional reinstatement appeal preparation and submission
  • Documentation review and compliance assessment
  • Direct communication with Google support teams on your behalf
  • Google Business Profile optimisation and management
  • Local SEO consultation and implementation
  • Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of reinstated profiles
  • Educational resources and prevention strategies

2. Client Acknowledgments

The client must acknowledge the following with respect to GBP reinstatement services:

All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential and proprietary to GBP Doctor.

GBP Doctor has no control over Google's policies, review processes, or decision-making criteria with respect to the type of businesses, content, or profiles that they accept now or in the future. The Client's Google Business Profile may be suspended or rejected at any time at the sole discretion of Google.

Payment Terms: For our reinstatement services, fees are only charged upon successful reinstatement of your Google Business Profile. For consulting services, fees are charged regardless of outcome, as these are advisory services only.

Service Guarantees: We guarantee to provide our professional expertise, thorough analysis, and strategic appeal submission. However, we cannot guarantee Google will approve any specific reinstatement request, as final decisions rest entirely with Google's review teams.

GBP Doctor has no control over Google's internal review processes, policy changes, or staff decisions. Google may change their policies, review criteria, or suspension reasons at any time without notice.

In the event that a successfully reinstated profile is subsequently re-suspended within 30 days due to the same original issue (not due to new violations or changes made by the client), we will provide one additional reinstatement attempt at no extra charge.

No Refunds for Consulting Services: All consulting fees are non-refundable, as these represent time spent providing professional advice and strategic guidance.

Under no circumstances shall GBP Doctor be liable to you (the end user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end user, assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using GBP Doctor's services.

As a specialised provider of Google Business Profile reinstatement services, GBP Doctor does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes following reinstatement.

GBP Doctor is not responsible for changes made to the Google Business Profile by the client or other parties that may result in subsequent suspensions or policy violations.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business and suspension circumstances
  • Grant necessary manager access to their Google Business Profile for assessment and appeal purposes
  • Provide required documentation (business licenses, utility bills, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Refrain from making changes to their Google Business Profile during the reinstatement process without prior consultation
  • Follow all post-reinstatement guidelines to prevent future suspensions
  • Maintain compliance with Google's Business Profile policies and guidelines

The client acknowledges that:

  • False or misleading information provided may result in appeal rejection and service termination
  • Failure to follow our post-reinstatement guidelines may result in re-suspension
  • Making unauthorised changes during the appeal process may jeopardise reinstatement efforts

4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

As part of the terms of our service, you can be sure that we treat every client with full confidentiality and discretion. We do not individually sign an NDA with each client, however, this can be requested.

GBP Doctor undertakes not to use any confidential information disclosed by the client for any purpose except providing the agreed services, without first obtaining the written agreement of the client.

We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party (except to our employees and professional advisers) who need to know the same for the purpose of providing our services.

Client case studies or testimonials will only be used with explicit written permission from the client.

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

GBP Doctor reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for:

  • Businesses operating in illegal industries or activities
  • Profiles that violate Google's fundamental eligibility requirements
  • Businesses with a history of fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Clients who provide false or misleading information
  • Businesses that engage in practices that could harm our reputation or relationship with Google

Prohibited business types include:

  • Illegal products, services, or activities
  • Adult entertainment or explicit content
  • Gambling or casino operations (where prohibited by law)
  • Businesses promoting hate speech or discrimination
  • Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
  • Businesses that violate Google's core policies

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, processes, templates, and proprietary techniques used in our reinstatement services remain the intellectual property of GBP Doctor and Search Scope.

Clients receive a license to use any materials provided (such as optimisation guides) solely for their own business purposes and may not redistribute or resell these materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

GBP Doctor's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct communication with our team at info@gbpsuspended.com.au
  2. Mediation if direct communication fails
  3. Arbitration under Australian law if mediation is unsuccessful

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.

12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between GBP Doctor and the client regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
