My profile was suspended for "suspicious activity". Can you help?
Yes. Suspicious activity is one of Google's vaguest suspension categories and the one we see most often. It is almost always algorithmic, not a human decision. We have a specific documentation strategy for it.
I have already appealed and been denied. Is it too late?
No. The majority of cases we take on have already failed at least one appeal before they reach us. A denied appeal does not permanently close the door, it just means the first attempt's evidence was not enough. We rebuild from scratch.
What documents will you need from me?
In Australia we typically need: ASIC business name registration (or company extract), a recent utility bill at the business address, an industry licence if applicable, and a commercial lease if you have a storefront. We send the exact list during diagnosis.
Do you work outside business hours?
Diagnosis emails go out within AWST business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm WA time). For active appeals, we monitor Google's response continuously and act as soon as Google replies, including evenings when needed.
